PUSH THE BUTTON RESEARCH - UK REPORT
Our Push the Button research (a study of over 1,000 workplaces in the UK) tests some theories of behavioural science in a workplace environment. We believe that our findings and conclusions can help organisations use their budget and bonus pots more effectively, as well as challenging established practices about how reward programmes are structured.
By applying a little science, you can learn a lot about how best to push the button for increased motivation and productivity.
