  • Which stores accept the One4all Gift Card?

  • How do I spend the One4all Gift Card Online?

     In a nutshell: use it like you would a Visa Debit card:

    - In payment options at the checkout, select 'Visa' or 'Visa Debit Card'.
    - Use the Valid Thru date on the front of the card in the Expiry Date box.
    - Find the CVV2 number behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
    - Use your own name and address for Billing Details / name on card.
    - Complete checkout

    • Also, check our list of online retailers HERE to make sure the retailer accepts One4all Gift Cards online.
    • Please make sure that the total cost of your basket is equal to or lower than the available balance of your One4all gift card, as online stores will not accept multiple payment methods.
    • Due to new Anti-Money Laundering regulations affective from 10.01.2020 in Ireland, The maximum online spend value per transaction is 50.00 Euro using standard physical/digital gift cards.
  • I want to buy something worth more than the value of the card

    • In-store: simply tell the cashier how much is on your One4all Gift Card, and they will swipe for this amount, then you can pay the balance via cash or card.
    • Online: This is not currently possible; you can only spend up to the value of card or less than €50 (which ever is greater) online.
  • Can I ‘top up’ or add extra funds to my One4all Gift Card?

    No, this is a single load card only.

    The retailer wasn’t sure how to process my One4all Gift Card

    All retailers should be fully knowledgeable about how to process the One4all Gift Card, however if they’re not sure, simply tell them to:

    • Swipe the card through the till for standard cards,
    • Tap your phone off the card terminal for digital products
    • Insert the card into the card terminal for Chip & PIN products

  • My card didn’t work when I tried to spend it in-store

    Please check:

    - That you know your balance, and it is more than or equal to the amount you’re trying to spend.

    - The One4all Gift Card has expired (check the Valid Thru date on the front of the card).

    - The retailer’s card terminal isn’t working correctly.

    - Ensure you are spending the card in one of our participating retailers listed HERE

  • Checking your gift card balance

    There is a range of ways to check your gift card balance:

    - Check the balance online by clicking here

    - Text ‘My Balance’ followed by your 16-digit card number to 57887 to receive an SMS stating your balance.

    - Download our new iOS or Android app.

    - Phone the automated balance enquiry phone number: 01 9068547

  • Can I combine multiple One4all Gift Cards?

    Please note: One4all Gift Cards are single load cards.

    • To combine multiple cards you will need to send a picture of the front and back of each of your cards to custserv@one4all.ie, along with your full name and postal address.
    • There is a fee of €5 per card for this service and this would be deducted from the combined balance of the cards. Please note that the maximum value one standard card can be loaded with it €150.
    • You can use multiple gift cards in a single in-store transaction by informing the cashier of the balance on each of the cards.
    • You can only use one Gift Card per transaction online and only up to €50
  • Will One4all ever call me?

    If someone calls or texts you claiming to be from One4all, 1) determine the legitimacy of the message. If the message is a scam, block the number and delete the message from your phone and 2) if you are asked to provide personal and sensitive information or are asked to click on a link in a text, hang up the phone and block the message.

  • How do I use my card safely online?

    Keep your card details safe – don’t share them with anybody else.

    Use our website (www.one4all.ie/one4all-checkbalance) or SMS services to check your card balance.

    Only shop on websites that you are familiar with, or websites associated with high street outlets on the One4all retailer list.

    Always check the URL is secure and make sure it starts with https:// - if it doesn’t, then do not continue.

    Do not use public Wi-Fi to make a payment with your card, switch to 3G/4G on your phone if necessary.

  • What are keystroke patterns? 

    Keystrokes are one way of ensuring it’s you using your One4all Chip & Pin card to make an online purchase.  

    When typing – on a laptop, smartphone or tablet – you have a unique rhythm. For example, the speed at which you type and how heavily you press the keys. This information informs your keystroke pattern.  

    It’s important to note that we will never use keystroke patterns to uniquely identify you as a One4all cardholder.  

  • Why is information about my keystroke patterns collected? 

    A new requirement of the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) for electronic payments, like those you make online using One4all, has come into effect called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).  

    Under this new legislation, you may be required to complete two-factor authentication when shopping with One4all online. This provides an extra layer of account protection and is a way to reduce the risk of fraud.  

    One4all, under the entity of GVS Prepaid (Europe) Limited, will be collecting and using keystroke pattern information as part of your account two-factor authentication. This information will be used only by GVS Prepaid (Europe) Limited and will not be shared with any third-party companies, other than those we specifically instruct to help us comply with the Strong Customer Authentication requirement.  

    In the event your keystroke pattern is unsuccessful in helping authenticate you as the transaction maker when using One4all online – the transaction might be declined. If this event, you will be shown a phone number which you can call to review or challenge this decision with our Customer Service team.
