  • What is a Digital One4all card?

    Our digital/virtual card is an online, digital representation of our plastic gift card and is used via your mobile phone. These gift cards are customisable with Instant delivery by email or text and can be spent in-store or online with thousands of different outlets which make them the perfect gift.
  • What is a Digital reloadable card?

    This is a Digital/ virtual card issued via Corporate purchasers for higher values (€150 -€500.) These cards can then be reloaded with additional funds by the issuer. This card requires activation and verification processes to be carried out by the recipient using an iOS or Android smartphone.

  • How do I claim my Digital Gift Card?

    You will receive an email/ text message with an option to ‘Claim’ your card.

    1. Click ‘Claim’ card via text or email
    2. Create or log in to an existing account
    3. Once signed in your card will be available

    Please note this claim link will only work once and will result in an error message saying, “This card is no longer available”, therefore, to access your digital gift card you simply need to go to www.one4alldigital.ie and log in.

  • My card is showing 'Pending Activation', what do I do next?

    • Click 'Activate Card' and you will be sent a link to download the ID-Pal app.
    • Download the app and follow the ID-Pal process to verify your ID.
    • Once complete, your card will be activated and ready to spend.
  • How do I send my Digital Gift Card?

    After you have purchased your digital card/s, they will show in your Digital account under “My Gift Cards” section:  https://www.one4alldigital.ie/customer/account/login/

    1. Click the gift card icon at the top right of the page. The card will be in the ‘Send’ tab
    2. Once ready, a Send button will appear under the card; simply click this to customise the card
    3. Enter the details of your recipient, including both email and mobile number.
    4. You will be sent a verification code. Once you have entered the code the customised card will send to your recipient.
  • How do I view my full card details?

    1. Log in to www.one4alldigital.ie
    2. Click the gift card icon at the top right hand of the screen.
    3. Under the Spend Section, click ‘View full card details
    4. Enter the verification code

    Please note: If the section which should contain the card details does not load and you are receiving “Request unsuccessful”, Try using a personal laptop or mobile phone connected to home WIFI as your company/work device may have the page blocked for security reasons.

  • What device set-up is needed to spend with contactless payment?

    For contactless payment to work in store you need to have NFC enabled, and you must also have device security enabled; either a PIN, pattern or biometric used to unlock your phone.  Without this being used to unlock the device your payment will not work.

  • How do I spend my Digital Gift Card in store using an iPhone?

    Spend instore is done using contactless payment through your mobile device.
    Simply move the card to your Apple wallet and follow the standard process from there.
    One4all does not impose any limit on the amount you can tap for, however, some retailers may, so it is best to ask before purchasing.

  • How do I spend my Digital Gift Card in store using an Android device?

    Spend instore is done using contactless payment through your mobile device.
    Using Android open the app and hold your phone to the card terminal to pay, the phone will usually beep or vibrate to confirm the transaction, some phones may ask for your thumb / finger print for security to authorise the payment, this depends on your device.

    One4all does not impose any limit on the amount you can tap for, however, some retailers may, so it is best to ask before purchasing.

  • What type of card should I select when spending online?

    Enter the details of your card as though you were using a Visa credit/debit card.

  • How will I know my Reloadable Digital card is ready to be used?

    Once you have downloaded the ID Pal App through the secure link sent to you via SMS and submitted successful verification, your digital card be fully visible in your Digital account (card not greyed out)

  • I did not receive my verification code?

    This may happen If you have entered the wrong phone number upon setting up your account. You can amend this under the account information section in your account

    1. Login to your account https://www.one4alldigital.ie/customer/account/login/
    2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
    3. Click Account information
    4. To edit the phone number, wipe out the number that is populated and enter the new one correctly
    5. You will receive a verification code via email to complete the amendment.
    6. Enter the code to confirm
  • What to do if I wish to spend my card in store but do not have a NFC compatible smart phone?

    In the ‘My gift cards’ section of your account, click ‘View Card Details’ and take a note of the card details. Next, visit www.one4all.ie and purchase a new plastic gift card worth €15-50, using your digital gift card info at checkout to make payment. Make sure to use promo code LETSGETPHYSICAL to remove the standard 2.00 postage charge. Note you cannot convert more than €50 in a single transaction.
