We are very pleased to announce that last week we scooped the award for ‘Best Prepaid Marketing Campaign UK’ at the Emerging Payments Awards 2014.
We were awarded the accolade for our ‘BBC Children in Need One4all Gift Card’ during an award ceremony in central London. Others shortlisted for the category included EasyJet and SpaFinder Wellness.
We donated two per cent of the value of every BBC Children in Need Gift Card purchased to the charity, which helps disadvantaged children worldwide. The card could be spent in 17,000 retail outlets nationwide and recipients were also given the option to donate the value of the gift card to Children in Need.
The One4all BBC Children in Need Gift Card was distributed online and throughout 11,500 Post Office locations nationwide and raised almost £1,000,000. It also helped to raise brand awareness and public support for the BBC’s efforts.
Due to the success of the 2013 campaign, we have produced a Christmas themed Children in Need Gift Card this year that is now on sale in Post Offices nationwide and online.
Commenting on the win, One4all Group CEO, Michael Dawson, said: “This is yet another fantastic win for One4all, after winning a multitude of awards throughout 2014. It especially pleasing to win against such strong competition.

The Emerging Payments Awards, incorporating Prepaid Awards, were created in 2008 to recognise the significant and commercial achievements in the prepaid sector.
