Looking for something fun to do over the Easter break? We’ve compiled a list of some great events to do this Easter that your whole family will love.
Wooly Wards Easter Event
Wooly Wards Farm is hosting events over the Easter weekend (14th, 15th, and 16th of April) on their farm in Co.Dublin. Not only can you see and pet baby animals, but there will be an Easter Egg hunt and more. Tickets are €15 per child (inc Easter Egg), €7 per adult or €50 for Family Pass (2 adults and 2 children).
The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
Do you like Alice In Wonderland or wacky themed parties? The Deerpark Public Park are hosting a free Mad Hatter’s Themed Tea Party on Easter Sunday, which includes giant chess, tea cup rides and a variety of other Alice In Wonderland themed activities. Kids can also participate in an Easter Egg hunt – it wouldn’t be Easter without one!
Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt in aid of Barnardo’s
This Friday, April 14th and Saturday, April 15thCadbury will be taking over Merrion SquarePark in Dublin for an enormous Easter Egg hunt. Tickets are €20 per family of four or €5 per extra individual, and all proceeds will be going to Barnardo’s Children’s Charity.
Family Fun at Farmleigh House
Farmleigh House in the Phoenix Park will have lots of fun and free Easter activities on Sunday 16th and Monday 17th, such as art workshops for kids, Easter eggs hunt, challenges and storytelling. There will also be food markets and live music - there's something for everyone!
You can never go wrong with a day out at Dublin Zoo, especially with a new baby elephant on the grounds – but this weekend Dublin Zooare giving you the chance to learn more (on Easter Sunday and Monday) about egg laying birds, rabbits and more! There will also be an Easter trail, train, bunny and face-painting.
