Terms and conditions of the One4all® Gift Voucher
1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of
issue, which is printed on the Gift Voucher
2. Minimum Gift Voucher value is €15 the maximum is €100
3. The following transaction charges apply: Post Office
Sales: €2 for first purchase, 50 cent for each subsequent voucher. Website &
telesales: €3.49 per transaction (one transaction charge will cover a multiple
of voucher purchases)
4. GVS Gift Voucher Shop Ltd, Total Shopping Convenience Ltd
and/or An Post will not accept any responsibility for vouchers that are lost or
stolen or damaged
5.Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash
6. In the event of returning a Gift Voucher to The Gift
Voucher Shop for whatever reason, administration fees will apply
7. Store Gift Vouchers can only be exchanged at the business
for which they were purchased, unless it is a One4all® Gift Voucher which can be
redeemed in any one of The Gift Voucher Shop outlets. The same terms and
conditions apply to One4all® Gift Vouchers with regard to certain Retail
Partner’s restrictions (see term 15)
8. Gift Vouchers exchanged outside the Euro zone will be
subject to currency conversion charges
9. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a
higher value, on payment of the difference
10. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a
lower value, solely at the discretion of the business for which it was purchased
11. Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of
presentation
12. Gift Vouchers defaced in any way will be invalid
13. Counterfoil must be attached to Gift Voucher on
presentation
14. GVS Gift Voucher Shop Ltd, Total Shopping Convenience Ltd
or An Post will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses,
costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising
from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the Retail Partner
& a Gift Voucher holder or customer
15. The list of Retail Partners in this Directory may change
from time to time, and Retail Partner’s listed may withdraw from the programme,
at any time, but all such Retail Partners will honour any valid Gift Vouchers
issued in the name of the Retail Partner on or before the date they ceased to be
a member of the programme
16. Some Gift Vouchers have restrictions on their use, over
and above these terms & conditions, which are printed on the Gift Voucher, under
the Retail Partner’s name, these additional terms & conditions shall fully apply
to all such Gift Vouchers as if they were included in these terms & conditions
17. GVS Gift Voucher Shop Ltd, Total Shopping Convenience
Ltd, and /or An Post reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions<

When purchasing the One4all® Gift Voucher we advise that to
ensure ultimate flexibility it is best to purchase in small denominations.
It is up to each individual retailer to update their listing
on
www.one4all.ie, therefore GVS cannot hold any responsibility
for content appearing in a retailer’s individual listing.
