The Governor and Company of the Banks of Ireland (the “Bank” or “Bank of Ireland”) is the issuer of the One4all® Gift Card (the “Gift Card”). The Bank’s principal business is the provisions of financial services. The Bank’s Head Office is at 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4. The Bank’s registered number in the Companies Office is C4; its VAT
number is IE8Y42002P.
GVS Gift Voucher Shop Limited (“Gift Voucher Shop”)
will provide customer service and certain other administrative functions in
respect of the Gift Card programme.

Description of Financial Service
The financial service being provided by the Bank is
a prepaid gift card. The minimum balance is €15 and the maximum is €500. The
Gift Card may be used, subject to the credit balance on the card from time
to time, to pay for goods and/or services at participating merchant owners
in Ireland: details of participating outlets are available from
www.giftvouchershop.ie. The Gift Card may not be used withdraw cash at ATMs
or for mail order or internet transactions; the Gift Card may only be used
for telephone order transactions at selected merchants. The Gift Card may
not be used abroad. Usage of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the
attached terms and conditions.
Fee and Charges
Fees and Charges are as set out in Clause 5 of the
attached terms and conditions.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel the Gift Card agreement within 14
days of the receipt of the Gift Card by sending a notice in writing to Gift
Voucher Shop Limited, PO Box 8942, Malahide, Co Dublin, enclosing the card
cut in half vertically; you may be asked for proof of purchase (example, to
furnish the receipt provided at the time of purchase). If you cancel the
Gift Card agreement we will refund you the Gift Card Balance and all fees
and charges paid by you at the time of purchase; however, you will be liable
all transactions and all associated charges incurred during the cancellation
period. The amount of any such transactions and charges will be deducted
from the amount of your refund. In order to allow any outstanding Gift Card
transactions to clear, we will refund the balance to you, by cash, cheque or
bank draft, within fifteen business days of your request to cancel the Gift
Card agreement.
If you do not cancel the agreement during the
cancellation period, it will continue until the Gift Card reaches its expiry
date or until the balance on the card reaches zero, which ever happens
first.
There is no minimum term. You may redeem the balance
on the Gift Card at any time by calling Gift Voucher Shop on (01)870 8111
and quoting the card number. Gift Voucher Shop will repay any balance on the
card (less any amounts due in respect of outstanding transactions, fees or
charges) to you within fifteen business days. A redemption fee will be
payable in these circumstances.
Governing Law and Language
The Gift Card agreement will be governed by, and
construed in accordance with, the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland
have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes in connection with the
agreement. The English Language will be used for the purposes of
interpreting the terms and conditions and for all communications in
connection with the Gift Card.
Making a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint you may do so by
writing to Gift Voucher Shop Limited, PO Box 8942, Malahide, Co Dublin. In
the event that you are not satisfied with the response you can refer the
matter to The Financial Services Ombudsman, 3rd Floor, Lincoln Place, Dublin
