You can purchase One4all Gift Vouchers at your local Post Office or online at www.one4all.ie.

How do I purchase a One4all Gift Voucher online?
In the Buy Now box, choose your gift type as “One4all Gift Voucher”. Enter the value for the gift voucher
and quantity you would like to purchase – we recommend that you buy gift vouchers in smaller denominations to
ensure ultimate flexibility. Add gift to basket. Once you have added all your items to the basket, click “go
to checkout”. Choose the gift voucher wallet that you would like, add any additional gifts and a personal
message (optional). Enter the delivery address that you would like your gifts to be sent to. Enter your billing
address followed by payment details. Once payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please note that all online orders are subject to credit card clearance.

I have received an One4all Gift Voucher, what do I do next?
The One4all Gift Voucher can be used in over 5,300 outlets nationwide. You can go directly to the store or service of your choice and present the gift voucher at the till. To get a full listing of participating retailers that accept the One4all Gift Voucher, click here or pick up a directory in your local Post Office.

My voucher has been stolen, what can I do?
To report a lost or stolen One4all Gift Voucher, please call our Customer Service team immediately on 01-8708111. We can re-issue the voucher once it has expired so long as it has not been en-cashed and we can establish proof of purchase. A re-issue fee of €5 will apply.

I’ve lost my voucher, what is the procedure?
Losing a One4all Gift Voucher is similar to losing cash, however One4all will refund you the value of the gift voucher providing it has not been spent at the expiry date. Please be aware that we require the serial number of the gift voucher to process any replacement requests. Contact our customer service team on 01-8708111 to register your gift voucher as lost or stolen.

My voucher has expired, what can I do?
In the unlikely event that you have been unable to use your One4all Gift Voucher in any of the thousands
of outlets during the 12 month period, you may apply to GVS to have your voucher re-issued subject to an
administration fee. You will need to apply to us in writing after the voucher has expired at Customer
Service, PO Box 8942, Malahide, Co Dublin enclosing the voucher with a note clearly stating your name and
address. This process may take up to 21 days from the receipt of your gift voucher. The fee of €5 for the
first gift voucher and €1 for every additional gift voucher returned will be deducted from your gift voucher.
We advise that you keep a record of your gift voucher number prior to sending the voucher to The Gift
Voucher Shop.

Why there a €2.00 fee when purchasing a gift voucher in the post office?
The €2.00 fee is a service charge which covers some of the expenses involved in providing our wide range of retailers and services. Each additional gift voucher costs just 50 cent each. Once your order reaches over €1,000, all fees are waived.

Why is there a €3.49 fee when purchasing gift vouchers online?
The €3.49 fee is a service charge which covers the administration costs and cost of postage and packaging. This fee is charged per order and there is no limit to the number of vouchers you can order.

Why is there a fee for re-issuing a gift voucher?
The administration charges for the re-issue of any expired Gift Voucher is to cover administration, packaging and postage costs.

Can I spend my euro gift voucher in Northern Ireland or the UK?
The Euro One4all Gift Voucher is only valid in the Republic of Ireland. We do have sterling Gift Cards available through our UK website www.giftvouchershop.co.uk

I would like my gift vouchers in smaller denominations, what can I do?
We can change your gift vouchers into smaller denominations. The lowest denomination of gift voucher available is €15. To have gift vouchers broken down an administration fee of €5 for one gift voucher returned and €1 for any additional gift voucher returned will apply. This process takes approximately 10 days from receipt of your voucher. Simply return the gift vouchers along with your name and address to PO BOX 8942, Malahide, Co. Dublin. Please note to keep a record of your gift voucher serial numbers prior to returning to The Gift Voucher Shop. We advise customers when purchasing One4all Gift Vouchers to choose smaller denominations to make it more flexible for the recipient.

What denominations are One4all Gift Vouchers available in?
One4all Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of €1 from €15 up to €100

If I order One4all Gift Vouchers online, when can I expect to receive delivery of my order?
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will, subject to credit card clearance, be dispatched for delivery within 3 days when sent by standard post. Next day delivery is available when sent by express post or by courier. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Can I place an order online and collect it in the post office?
All orders placed online will be dispatched to the delivery address specified. Orders placed through the website cannot be collected at the Post Office. Orders placed at the Post Office can be collected immediately.

Can I collect my order from your office?
No. We do not have a collection facility at our office. All orders will be dispatched by post or by courier.

Can I have my voucher re-issued in the post office?
No. At this time the post office do not have the facility to re-issue One4all Gift Vouchers.

What time is the One4all customer service available?
Our customer service team are available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday.

Where is the serial number on my gift voucher?
The serial number is located on the top left hand side of the voucher under the picture of a multi coloured envelope. This is a 7 or 8 digit number.

If I don’t use the full value of my voucher , how do I receive my change?
If the full value of a One4all Gift Voucher is not spent in one transaction then it is at the retailers discretion as what change to provide. Usually change will be given in store credit or a store voucher. A One4All gift voucher cannot be given as change.

How long is a voucher valid for?
All of our vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. The expiry date is printed on the front and back of the voucher.

How often will the list of retailers change?
We do our best to keep our participating retailer listing up to date as much as possible. However from time to time some retailers may join or leave the scheme and we make every effort to release a new booklet directory at the earliest opportunity. The retailer listing online at www.one4all.ie is updated immediately when changes occur and provides the best source of information on current participating retailers.

Can I change my vouchers for cash?
The One4all Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, however, it can be spent in over 5,300 outlets nationwide which are all listed in the One4all Directory. Choose from high street shops, DIY stores or supermarkets to activity providers or beauty salons.

How do I redeem my Online Gift Account(OGA)?
From our homepage at www.one4all.ie, click on the “Corporate” link at the top of the page. You will then be prompted to enter in your username and password which will have already been supplied to you. If this is your first time accessing your account, you will be prompted to complete 3 security questions. Once logged in you will be able to view your account details and place an order if your balance exceeds €15.

Can I purchase an OGA?
Online Gift Accounts (OGA) are only available to Corporate customers and not available to purchase on the public website.

How do I redeem my Perfect Gift Voucher (PGV)?
From our homepage at www.one4all.ie, enter your User ID and Pin Code into the box on the bottom right hand side of the home page. Once logged in you will be able to view your account details and place an order if your balance exceeds €15.

How do I purchase a branded gift voucher?
From our homepage at www.one4all.ie, select Store Gift Vouchers from the menu at the top of the page. You can then search by category and county or store name. Choose which store you require and select the buy now tag. Enter the quantity of vouchers and value of each, the recipients address along with a message if required and the postal method you require. At this stage you can either complete your purchase by selecting checkout and enter your credit card billing information and credit card details or you can purchase an additional gift by clicking on continue shopping and this will give you a fresh page to add another recipient and message. At the end of your order you will be given an order number which you should retain in case you have any queries.
