can I purchase One4all Gift Cards?
You can purchase One4all Gift Cards at your local Post Office, in selected PostPoint and Topaz outlets nationwide, or online at www.One4all.ie.
- How
do I purchase a One4all Gift Card online?
Choose the type of gift card that you would like. Enter the value for the gift card and quantity you would like to purchase. Add gift to basket. Once you have added all your items to the basket, click "go to checkout". Choose the gift card that you would like, add any additional gifts and a personal message (optional). Enter the delivery address that you would like your gifts to be sent to. Enter your billing address followed by payment details. Once payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that all online orders are subject to credit card clearance.
- I have received
an One4all Gift Card, what do I do next?
The One4all Gift Card can be used in over 5,300 outlets nationwide. You can go directly to the store or service of your choice and present the gift card at the till. To get a full listing of participating retailers that accept the One4all Gift Card you can visit www.One4all.ie; pick up a directory free of charge in your local Post Office or in selected PostPoint and Topaz outlets nationwide. The card is available for use within 24 working hours from time of purchase. Please note you must know your balance each time you are presenting the gift card for payment.
- When can I use
my One4all Gift Card?
The One4all Gift Card will be available for use one working day after the date of purchase. Remember to keep note of the date of purchase and the balance on your gift card.
- How can I find
out how much is on my One4all Gift Card?
You can check your One4all Gift Card balance by phone or online or by using the One4all phone app... The Balance Information number is printed on the back of the card. Tel: 1890 930077. It is also available online at www.One4all.ie by clicking on the Gift Card Balance. Please have your gift card number on hand when enquiring about your gift card balance.
- Can the One4all
Gift Card be topped up?
No. The One4all Gift Card is a non reloadable card and cannot be topped up.
- Can the retailer
give me cash back from the One4all Gift Card?
The retailer cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of a One4all Gift Card is not spent then the balance remains on the Gift Card.

- Will the retailer
be able to tell me my balance on the One4all Gift Card?
No. Unfortunately a retailer will not be able to view the balance on a One4all Gift Card. It is advisable that you know how much is left on your Gift Card. You can ring the Balance Information number found on the back of the card. (Tel: 1890 930077) or view it online at www.One4all.ie by clicking on the Gift Card Balance or access the One4all phone app.
- My One4all
Gift Card was declined but I still have money left on it. Why?
The balance on the gift card may be less than what the retailer attempted to deduct. Check your balance. The Balance Information number is on the back of the card. (Tel: 1890 930077) or check online at www.One4all.ie by clicking on the Gift Card Balance or access the One4all phone app. If the balance is correct then contact our Customer Service team on 01-8708111 to investigate further.

Gift Card was declined because I didn't know the correct balance but now I do.
Can I still use my gift card?
Yes, if you have enough money on the Gift Card the transaction will go through. Please note that if you are paying for an item with the One4all Gift Card and paying the remaining balance in another format, ensure that you advise the store staff member before providing the Gift Card for payment.
- Do I have to
spend the whole amount at once?
No, if you don't spend the full balance of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance remains on your gift card, allowing you to spend it in any of the 5,300 Gift Card Retailers across the country until the gift card expiry date.
- Why was my
One4all Gift Card refused?
There could be several reasons why your Gift Card was refused. The balance on your Gift Card may be less than you thought, the physical Gift Card could have expired and may need replacement or there may have been an issue with the retailer's card processing terminal. To confirm your balance please contact the balance information line on 1890 930077 or online at www.One4all.ie by clicking on the Gift Card Balance or by accessing the One4all phone app. If the balance on your card is correct then please contact our Customer Service team on 01-8708111 to investigate further.
- When I check
my balance online, I am asked for a 16 digit card number and password. Where can
I find these?
When you wish to check the balance on your gift card online, you are asked for a 16 digit card number and password. The 16 digit card number is located on the front of your gift card and your password is the 3 digit number labeled "CVV2" on the back of the card. The CVV2 number is located on the magnetic (black) strip to the right hand side of the card. You will need to remove the scratch panel to view you card "CVV2" number
- Why is there
a €2.00 fee when purchasing a One4all Gift Card in the Post Office?
The €2.00 fee is a service charge which covers some of the expenses incurred in providing our wide range of retailers and services.
- Why is there
a €3.49 fee when purchasing One4all Gift Cards online?
The €3.49 fee is a service charge which covers the administration costs and cost of postage and packaging. The fee is charged per order and there is no limit to the number of cards you can order.
- Why is there
a fee for re-issuing a One4all Gift Card?
The administration charge for the re-issue of an expired Gift Card is to cover the administration cost and the costs of postage and packaging.
- What are the
advantages of One4all Gift Card?
The One4all Gift Card can be redeemed against anything from luxury items, weekends away, driving lessons and leading department stores to supermarkets, specialist shops and activity providers. With the One4all Gift Card you don't need to spend the full amount in one store. Your gift card is swiped for the exact amount of purchase (unless the total purchase exceeds your balance) so you can use it in a number of different stores. Please ensure that you know your gift card balance.

- Can I spend
my euro One4all Gift Card in Northern Ireland or the UK?
The Euro One4all Gift Cards are only valid in the Republic of Ireland. We do have a sterling alternative available through our UK website www.giftvouchershop.co.uk.
- Can I use my gift card online?
Yes you can use your One4all Gift Card online at selected retail partners once you register your One4all Gift Card online. You need to register your Gift Card to be able to view your online expiry date. This is NOT the expiry date of your gift card; it is an allocated security date to be used as an expiry date when shopping online. You will use your online expiry date along with your gift card number and CVV2 number when shopping online. You also have the option of using your One4all Gift Card to buy a Virtual Visa Card. With the Virtual Visa Card you pay a once off service fee to have the freedom to shop online anywhere in the world that accepts Visa.
- How can I use my registered card online?
Enter your Card number (found on front of card) in field provided. Enter your CVV2 number (last three digits printed on the back of your card - remove security seal where necessary). You will see your expiry date (This is an online expiry date. It is NOT the expiry date of your gift card; it is an allocated security date to be used as an expiry date when shopping online). Your card is now ready to be used online
- What denominations
are One4all Gift Cards available in?
One4all Gift Cards are available in €1 denominations from €15 up to €500.
- If I order
One4all Gift Cards online, when can I expect to receive delivery of my order?
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will, subject to credit card clearance, be dispatched for delivery within 3 working days when sent by standard post. Next day delivery is available when sent by express post or by courier. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
- Can I place
an order online and collect it in the Post Office?
All orders placed online will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied. Orders placed through the website cannot be collected at the Post Office. Orders placed at the Post Office can be collected immediately
- Can I collect
my order from the One4all head office?
We do not have a collection facility from our head office.
- Can I have
my One4all Gift Card re-issued in the Post Office?
The Post Office do not have the facility to re-issue One4all Gift Cards.
- What time is
the One4all customer service available?
Our customer service team is available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday.
- I've lost
my One4all Gift Card, what is the procedure?
To report a lost or stolen One4all Gift Card, please call our Customer Service team immediately on 01-8708111. Please note you must have your card number in order for us to do this. A re-issue fee of €5.00 will apply. GVS cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying GVS that your gift card has been lost or stolen, providing full details of the card, and providing proof of ownership.
- My One4all
Gift Card has been stolen, what can I do?
To report a lost or stolen One4all Gift Card please call our Customer Service team immediately on 01-8708111. Please note, you must have your gift card number in order for us to do this. A re-issue fee of €5.00 may apply. GVS cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying GVS with full details.
- I have not
received my order, what can I do?
Gift cards issued up to 30th April 2011 will expire 12 months following the issue date. Please ensure that you spend the full balance on your gift card prior to its expiry date.
Gift cards issued from May 1st 2012 onwards do not have an expiry date.
- How long is
a One4all Gift Card valid for?
One4all Gift Cards Gift Cards issued up to April 30th 2011will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Please fully spend the balance on your card before its expiry date.
All One4all Gift cards issued from May 1st 2011 onwards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid for as long as there is a balance on the One4all Gift Card.
All physical cards have a limited time span and will need to be replaced to use the remaining funds on the card after this date. This date is available when you register your card online or is printed as a "valid Thru" date on newer cards.
To use your card online you will need to use this date as an expiry date but remember that any funds remaining on the card after this date remain available to you to spend, however you will need to apply for a replacement card to do so.
A card fee will be deducted on a monthly basis from funds remaining on cards from the 13th month following the purchase date.
- How often will
the list of retailers change?
We do as much as possible to keep our participating retailer listing up to date. However from time to time retailers join or leave the scheme. We release updated booklet directories several times a year and these directories contain the most up to date retailer listings at the time of print. The retailer listing online at www.One4all.ie is updated immediately changes occur and provides the best source of information on current participating retailers. If a retailers listed on www.One4all.ie does not accept your Gift Card, please contact our customer service and we will investigate further.
